Do you have a showroom?

Yes. LCFG’s showrooms are located on the 14th floor of the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. At this time, the showrooms are open by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please call 212.686.7600 or contact your LCFG salesperson directly to schedule a visit.


How do I request finishes and literature?

If you know who your Levine Contract salesperson is, you can call or email them directly to request materials. Alternatively, you can submit your request to our showroom manger.


How do I buy from LCFG?

LCFG sells through a network of authorized dealers. If you do not have an existing relationship with a dealer, we can make a recommendation. Call us at 212.686.7600 or email us to ask for help. If you already know a dealer, you can contact them directly about purchasing our products.


I am an authorized dealer. How do I submit an order?

The best way to send your PO is directly to the manufacturer by email, CCing your LCFG salesperson. If you don’t know the order entry address for the manufacturer, you can email your order to your LCFG salesperson or the customer service team, and we will forward it for you. Finally, you can still fax your order to us at 212.676.7686.


Can I borrow a furniture sample?

We do have samples available for many products. Please contact your LCFG salesperson with project details, including product specifications and quantities, and we will try to accommodate you.


How do I join the Levine Contract team?

If you're interested in working for The Levine Contract Furniture Group, please submit your resume and cover letter.


What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email details, including the manufacturer order number and photographs of the damage to the LCFG customer service team. They will submit the claim to the manufacturer and inform you of the results. Please submit freight damage claims within 1-3 days after delivery, as all manufacturers have reporting time limits.


Quote turnaround is typically about 2-3 business days but varies with complexity and current workload. For custom product quotes, allow up to a week.

How Quickly can I get my quote back?


Drawings will sometimes be provided, but often they will not. If you need a drawing, please request it specifically at the time you request your quote, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will you provide a drawing with my quote?


Quotes can often (though not always) be provided in SIF format. If this is a requirement, please specify it when requesting the quote, and we will provide a SIF if possible.

Can I get my quote as a SIF?


Email your request to quotes@lcfg.com with your LCFG salesperson CCed. This will allow the first available member of the customer service team to address your needs.

How do I request a quote?


Manufacturers represented by LCFG are on Choice, GSA, INDEAL, NCPA, New York State Contract, Premier, TIPS, VA IDIQ and Vizient. If you have specific questions about which manufacturers offer which contracts, please email your LCFG salesperson.

What contracts are you on?


Please send an email to to quotes@lcfg.com with the manufacturer and pattern name of your textile, and the product on which you wish to use it. The customer service team will research it and reply.
